A valid credit card or debit card is required for services with Classical Event Rental, LLC. By providing said credit card information you are allowing Classical Event Rental, LLC to charge your card for any services that you agreed to and incidentals.

Cancellation

There are no contracts for any of our services. If you cancel more 1 week prior to your event date you will receive a store credit to be used for future rentals of your deposit amount except for custom orders if applied. Cancellations made less than 1 week of event date will be forfeited and not be applied towards future rentals. If custom orders were placed, full payment is still required.

Delivery

Regular delivery includes drop off to location based on the invoice to a 1st floor facility with easy access to the drop off area. We will do our best to accommodate drop off time but a widow may be provided to account for traffic and loading time. Pick ups can be scheduled the day of after the event or the day after, depending on the time for pickup there may be an additional fee applied. If delivery requires crew to go to 2nd floor and above, additional fee will apply. After Drop-off, the equipment becomes the client’s responsibility, Any damage or missing equipment requiring replacement or repairs will result in additional charge starting at $100. Equipment must be together in a singular location, stacked, and returned to any packaging upon pick up. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge. Equipment not received by scheduled pick up/return date will be subject to an extended rental rate per day until received. Equipment not received within one (1) business week of pick up/return date will be charged to the customer at full replacement value in addition to rental fees incurred.

Privacy

We deal with very sensitive personal information, we do not sell any of our clients information to third parties. Any results shared on any of our websites or social media will not have any personal information of our customers.
